- Manage the global team of Listed Futures & Options Operations
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as well as regulatory bodies
- Manage team performance with KPI and KRI benchmarks
- Contribute to the firm's strategic business view

- 3 years of team management experience
- Native level Japanese and fluent English
- JSDA 1 and 2
- Internal Control Manager
