職務内容

* Plan, analyze, develop, and executing the IBD Global Controlling Policy and Procedures
* Work closely with Head of IBD Controllers on various projects.
* Ensuring daily, monthly and quarterly process, by managing junior staffs.
* Communicating with counterpart in overseas, to obtain deal related data, resolving cross border revenue split issues.
* Reporting of revenues to IBD and Finance management, through co-ordination of daily P&L
*Deal and division related expense and other ad-hoc analysis

応募条件

* +5 years of experience in a related environment
* Business Knowledge related to M&A, ECM, DCM, and Private Equity
* Strong PC knowledge, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
* Fluent Japanese with business level English language skills
