職務内容
* Participate in analytical planning, statistical analysis on our CRM activities and acquisition programs via various contact channels.
* Assist the brand marketing teams in designing the marketing test programs (e.g. target segmentation, test cell matrix, KPI) to ensure statistically viable results.
* Make recommendation for ROI improvement based on marketing activity analysis.
* Run an ongoing customer behavioral performance tracking and segmentation study, deliver insightful findings to support developing better marketing strategies.
* Create ad hoc reports or data files in response to specific data inquiries
* Manipulate data using package and/or in-house system, develop, code and maintain applications that are used for data analysis and reporting.
* Collaborate with Systems division in the continued development of the Business Intelligence platform using the Data Warehouse effectively.
* Other additional or alternative duties as assigned from time to time.
応募条件
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
* Minimum of 5-7 years hands-on data analysis/ data mining experience
* Experience in and knowledge of direct marketing test program planning, design and results analysis
* Proficient in database design and management, with experience in using commercial and/or in-house data analysis software
* Ability to conceptualize and perform data analysis, and to make an intelligent interpretation from the analysis
* Excellent project management skills
* Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy of work while also being able to think from broad perspective
* Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work with multiple divisions as a team player
